Artichokes
The artichoke harvesting season starts from mid-January until April. The finest quality artichokes are typically found in January and February, and they are usually smaller in size compared to those harvested during other times of the harvesting season

2: Hearts artichoke : 25 to 35 p/kg
3 : Bottom artichoke : Diameter 3*5 cm
