Yes. 2Brother holds BRC Global Standard for Food Safety and FSSC 22000, alongside ISO 22000, Halal, and Kosher certifications. All certificates are current and available upon request. Our production facility in El Nubariya, Alexandria is fully equipped for export to European and international markets.

Yes. 2Brother fully complies with EU food safety requirements. Our facilities operate under BRC and FSSC 22000 standards, which are internationally recognised and accepted across European markets. We provide all required export documentation including Certificate of Analysis (COA), health certificates, and phytosanitary certificates. Our products meet EU labelling requirements and can be adapted to the specific regulations of each target market.

Our olives are calibrated to international standards ranging from 80/100 to 400 pieces per kilogram depending on the variety. We offer six packaging formats to suit different commercial needs. For retail and private label: glass jars (370ml, 467ml, 720ml, 1050ml) and PET plastic jars. For foodservice and wholesale: metallic tins (Easy Open 65mm–99mm, A9, A10, A12), plastic pails, and barrels. For bulk and industrial use: barrels and large plastic pails. All formats are available for private label with custom labelling upon request.

Yes. 2Brother offers full private label service for all our product range including olives, peppers, jalapeños, artichokes, and pickled vegetables. We support custom labelling, packaging format selection, and product specification adjustments to match your market requirements. Minimum order quantity for private label is 1 container. Our team will guide you through the process from label design approval to final shipment.

Our minimum order quantity is 1 full container (FCL). Container size and product mix can be discussed based on your specific requirements. Mixed container orders combining different products or packaging formats are available upon request.

Our standard lead time is 15 to 30 days from order confirmation to shipment, depending on the product, packaging format, and order volume. We handle all export documentation including COA, health certificates, packing lists, and bills of lading. Shipments are made via sea freight from Alexandria port, Egypt. Our logistics team will coordinate with your freight forwarder to ensure smooth delivery.

Please specify the product, packaging format, and intended market when requesting samples. Shipping costs for samples are typically covered by the buyer.
