Sliced black olives ( 52 %) , water( 45.85 %) , salt( 2 %) , Acidity regulator – lactic acid ( 0.05 % ) color stabilizer – Ferrous Gluconate ( 0.1 %)
They are prepared olives calibrated according to the following sizes that correspond to the olives before pitting (141/160, 161/180, 181/200, 201/220, 221/240, 241/260)
