Green olive harvesting is complete at TWO BROTHERS CO in Egypt, and crop receiving is currently underway. The natural black olive harvest is approaching, with its start still to be confirmed. These are separate stages in our seasonal planning, and we will confirm the position of each product when discussing your requirements.

The current stage of the green olive season

For importers planning a whole green olives program, this update provides a starting point for discussing the new crop. Harvest completion and crop receiving describe the current agricultural and intake stages. Packing readiness and shipment timing need to be confirmed for the variety, specification and pack requested.

What this means for your supplier approval file

This is a useful time to bring your purchasing brief and quality requirements together. Share the olive variety if known, preferred size grade, intended sales channel and packaging requirements. Include your supplier questionnaire or existing specification so the information needed for your review is clear from the beginning.
