  1. Harvesting: We pick natural black olives from the trees using machines or by hand.
  2. Then we remove any leaves or damaged olives. We wash the olives to make sure they are clean and ready for processing.
  3. Pitting :We remove the seeds from the washed olives using machines designed for this purpose.
  4. Slicing : Then we slice the olives into even pieces using machines. We put the sliced olives in a solution to improve their flavor and preserve them.
  5. Packaging : Once the olives are brined or cured, we put them in jars, cans, or other containers, packing them in brine, olive oil, or both to keep their flavor and texture. This ensures the olives stay fresh.
  6. Sterilization: The packaged olives are heated or pasteurized to kill bacteria and last longer.
  7. Labeling and Distribution: The jars or cans are labeled with information and sent to stores or customers.
